This pack sits on your chest and provides storage for two devices, caribiner hook, flashlight sleeve and a larger zippered compartment for those documents you need to keep dry. Fully adjustable chest and shoulder straps. Size refers to the size of the radio pouch, not the size of the overall pack itself. All chest packs come with one pouch in the medium size. The second pouch can be either a small, another medium or a large. When ordering, you order based on the size of the second pouch.
